Lifelong learning is the key to success.

Welcome to Micorah Coaching and Consultancy. My name is Deborah Murphy and I am an experienced leadership coach, mentor, training facilitator and teacher.

I am passionate about empowering people, helping them to discover their talents, skills and inner resources so that they can grow, flourish and enjoy personal success.

Feeling motivated to play to our strengths and achieve our goals can lead to a wonderful sense of purpose, fulfilment and well-being. The path to job-satisfaction and goal-achievement, however, can often throw up an obstacle or a knock-back or two along the way. There may well be times when we allow self-limiting beliefs or blind spots to stand between us and our potential. The great news is that the power to move through these challenges, to grow, learn and develop, lies within us all.

I would like to invite you to browse through my website and would be delighted to offer a no-obligation initial appointment to explore how we might work together to help you reach your goals.

What are others saying?

As an aspiring and newly appointed Head of Subject, I was given the opportunity to complete Leadership training with Micorah Coaching and Consultancy with Deborah. During our meetings we discussed approaches to leadership; managing a team, managing myself as a leader and evaluated methods and procedures. Each week a focus was identified allowing me to independently carry out tasks which had resolve by the next week. Deborah’s training has become an integral and excellent foundation for being able to progress as a confident and visionary Head of Subject. I cannot thank you enough for how I have been able to use the skills and experiences we discussed and actioned to help me become the Head of Subject I am today.
